Chapters, Affiliates, and Connect Groups
Rising Above chapters and affiliates conduct a variety of ministries and programs for the special needs community in their areas. Chapters and affiliates provide moms, dads, or families of children with special needs with Connect Groups, worship services, family events, monthly social activities, signature events, support groups, and a host of programming for those with special needs and their families. Programs vary with each group and in each locale. Connect Groups offer opportunities for special needs parents to engage with other families for support, encouragement, social interaction, and Bible studies specifically written for special needs parents.
